Wedding florals can take an extensive amount of organization and design. At Soil Studio we offer a dynamic island grown floral selection, integrative design, and a willingness to follow your lead every step of the way.

A mindful floral planner not only can help you clarify your vision and carry it forward, but also can provide the sense of ease you need during the planning process. We want to help you, in the months ahead, to be able to focus on the fun, the magic, your relationship and your day-to-day responsibilities. We offer peace of mind through clear communication and the assurance that the flowers are taken care of.

 
 

  • This package is for couples that want the professionals to take care of all the details from bridal bouquet to centerpieces including delivery/setup and take down.  


    This package also includes a personal consultation as well as email and phone communication to get all the details just right.


    The florist can order in specialty flowers that are a must for the bride going for a certain look.  Requests for installations such as hanging chandeliers/arbors fall into this category as well.

  • For couples that still want a professional and custom floral for their wedding but are able to shave some costs by having someone in their party take care of delivery/set-up and take down. 

     
    The gorgeous fresh blooms grown right here on the farm are used in arrangements for the bridal party, tables, and ceremony. All depending on which items you select from our order list.  


    Large installations such as arbors are not included in the A La Cart package.

  • The bulk flower package is made for those of you that have a family member or friend capable of creating centerpieces and any other arrangements you desire. 


    Bulk flower orders include a combination of farmers choice focal flowers, filler, greenery and seasonal accents such as seed pods, grasses etc. Bulk flower buckets start at $70/bucket.

 

OUR PROCESS

1) Start by sharing your basic information with us on the weddings contact page.

2) We’ll follow up promptly with an email acknowledgement, and we’ll send a document to help you gather your ideas and prepare some key materials: a working list of the florals you would like, favorite flowers, inspirational photos or vision boards, information about the setting, and special considerations for your wedding. We’ve found it’s best if you have a firm sense of your budget range so we can help you set priorities and use your resources fully. 


3) We’ll schedule a call or in-person meeting to discuss your vision and plans in detail. Meetings usually last about an hour. 

4) We’ll follow up with a written proposal and contract.

5) If it feels like a fit, we’ll book your date upon receipt of your deposit and signed contract.
